New Delhi [India]May 21 (ANI/ATK): Unified Brainz celebrated the success of women who lead by example with glitz, glamor and glory on International Women’s Day on March 8, 2022. The world witnessed the most anticipated event “Women Leaders to look Until 2022” for digital reasons.
This glorious ceremony saw the presence of some of the most sought after female leaders who were featured from different walks of life sharing passionate journeys.
Pallavi Malani was pursuing her MBA from a reputable university in Pune when she got married at the age of 21. His dean at the time called him a symbol of failure, afraid to continue a difficult journey – in short, a mess. But it didn’t take long for the gritty Pallavi to prove him wrong.
Today, as the founder of Sapphire Skills since 2013, she has become a leading coach, storyteller and author across the country.
Born in Ranchi and raised in Asansol in a close-knit family, Pallavi lost her mother at an early age and was raised by her father and sister. Her best friend Pooja was also instrumental in helping her through the emotional trauma.
After completing his studies at the renowned Ness Wadia College of Commerce in Pune, Pallavi entered the training industry at the turn of the millennium.
At a time when the industry was in its infancy, male dominated and derided as a concept…a woman giving men tools and rational thought processes was unacceptable and demeaning.
However, with huge multinational corporations spreading their wings in the country, a paradigm shift has occurred in the thinking process. People started to recognize the importance of adding new tools for an increase.
Coaching made them open to external and internal threats and helped them highlight their USP in the competitive world.

Pallavi chose this opportune time to become an ICF Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Neurolinguistic Master Practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, and Certified Leadership Coach. In 2013, she also founded Sapphire Skills.
“My passion is to feel satisfied to add value to an individual or an organization. It makes me proactive, creative, innovative and courageous to chart a new roadmap to success,” says Pallavi.
Coming from a common Marwari family, people have always doubted his work credibility. Male trainer counterparts were seen as more effective at connecting to the organization’s ecosystem.
And few people were even quick to believe that women got away with it easily. This denial of identity was not acceptable to Pallavi.
“Changing mindsets has been the most difficult challenge,” says Pallavi. She tells us how to break the proverbial glass ceiling: “Women need to learn how to negotiate their salary. They need to have an accurate self-assessment to stay confident. They need to invest in skills building and leadership training, and understand the Importance Women need to trust that being a mother is not a brake on their career, they can handle their responsibilities perfectly.”
Pallavi is also passionate about her free time. “I love decorating my house and painting. In my free time, I meditate and perform my Narayan reiki satsang with Raj didi, Sandhya didi and Vidya didi. Morning walks give me the energy to drive my day and be with myself without any adage Family is my strength and I dedicate my time to them.I especially make it a point of honor to spend quality time with my teenage son.
Pallavi herself is an inspiration to many. As an author, she has published articles in newspapers, magazines and Kindle. She has been featured on Red FM and Radio Mirchi. She has trained and addressed more than 10,000 people across the country.
She has been recognized as a lady of substance by many social service institutes and organizations. Furthermore, she is the head of the women’s wing of TiE, which has recognized her entrepreneurial journey as an accomplished woman, as well as the co-president of the Karnataka Chamber of Commerce.
