TSRTC Launches T-24 Ticket For Unlimited Travel To Hyderabad


Hyderabad: The Telangana Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) on Tuesday launched the T 24 (24 hour travel) installation service, under which passengers can purchase a ticket for Rs 100 and travel on TSRTC buses in the city for 24 hours.

According to a statement from TSRTC VC Sajjanar, commuters will now be able to travel through Hyderabad and Secunderabad after purchasing the T-24 ticket, which will be valid for 24 hours from the date of purchase.

People will be able to travel through the cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad an unlimited number of times to the outskirts of the suburbs, according to a TSRTC statement. This program will allow passengers to purchase tickets directly from drivers and passengers will be able to change buses as many times as they wish en route in any direction within the 24 hour period.

TSRTC warned against spitting paans and gutkha on buses

On Tuesday, general manager VC Sajjanar noted that paan and gutkha were spat on buses by unruly passengers. He warned drivers and passengers against this. Regional directors have been tasked with taking strict action against violators, Sajjanar said. He added that chewing and spitting tobacco is “a sign of uneducated people” and is harmful to people’s health.
